Standard Cleaning Services

Kitchen
- Counter tops and back splash cleaned
- Sink cleaned
- Inside of the microwave cleaned
- Stove top cleaned including the drip pans and or grates
- A wipe down of spots on the cabinets
- Light fixtures and light switches
- Outside of major appliances cleaned.
- Floors will be vaccumed and mopped.
NOTE: No dishes or pick up is included with this service
Bathrooms
- Shower and or bathtub cleaned
- Counters and mirrors cleaned
- Spots wiped on cabinets
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected
- Shelves wiped if accessible
- Floors cleaned
- General dusting.
NOTE: please have counters decluttered for cleaning
Living Areas
- All vacuuming and mopping of floors
- Dusting of furniture
- Blinds dusted (Please note that blinds are not cleaned one by one)
- Shutters dusted
- Ledges dusted
- Dusting of accessible ceiling fans
- Once a month cobweb run through the home
- Minor straightening up
- Glass cleaned
- Trash emptied and taken out throughout the home
- Pictures dusted (Price may increase depending on quantity of pictures)
- Once a month baseboard run through the home.
- Beds made up, not changed. (Only Master bedroom gets its sheets changed, all others have an extra charge)
NOTE: No major pick up is included on this cleaning.

Elite Cleaning Services

Kitchen
Besides the standard cleaning, some of the items customers usually request on this type of cleaning are the following:
- Coffee Maker Cleaned
- All Small appliances – toaster, blender, wiped down.
- Shelves cleaned/dusted.
- Dishes rinsed and put in the dishwasher – or small amounts washed and put in dish rack.
- Cleaning of the inside of the fridge.
- Cleaning of the inside of the oven.
- Cleaning of some windows throughout the home on the inside only.
- Cleaning of Sliding glass doors.
Bathrooms
- Standard cleaning or special instructions provided by customer.
Living Areas
- Vacuuming of Couches and or chairs for pet hair.
- Straightening up and general pick up of living areas.
- White painted surfaces and doors wiped down.
- Sheets changed (up to four beds) add $5.00 for each additional bed.
- Lifting cushions to vacuum underneath on couches.
- General pick up and straightening up.
- Special instructions.

Move-in, Move-out

Move-in, Move-out, One-Time and Airbnb Cleaning

This service combines various items of our standard and elite cleaning and additional requests such as:

Inside and outside of the cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen.
Oven Cleaning.
Refrigerator inside and out.
Wipe down of Walls around the home.
Special items that need to be cleaned per customer’s request.
Windows cleaned inside only – Quote is set after an in-home estimate.

Giving You Back a Little Sanity

As homes and needs do vary so will our quotes, but we take each clients needs into consideration! All Sanity Diva work is guaranteed and if you are not happy for any reason we will come back within 24 hours if possible to redo what was not up to your expectations.

It is also important to note that the first time we come into a home that will be recurrent, there is an additional charge for the extra time that we spend the first time around and that initial charge goes from $90.00 and up depending on the condition of the home.
